No backend server

API calls go directly from your browser to your chosen AI provider. There is no intermediate server.

Local storage only

Settings and API keys are stored in chrome.storage.local on your device. Never synced to the cloud.

Key isolation

Your API key is only readable by the background service worker. Content scripts — and the pages you visit — never see it.
